I have lived in Thornbury for the last 21 years with my wife Sheila, initially with two children who are now married. Over the past year or two I have gradually reduced my hours working as a Chartered Engineer and now occasionally I do a little Consultancy work.
I attend St Paul's Church most weeks and have been a member of the PCC on two prior occasions, once as deanery synod representative. I am on

the PCC finance and budget and also the major projects committees and some years ago was actively involved in the fund raising for the extension to St Paul's church.
My main hobby is sailing and have a small boat at Oldbury where I also help with sail training. Recently I trained as a driver for the local community mini bus and enjoy taking out disabled and invalided people.
I am looking forward to serving the church as warden.
