Electoral Roll

This year the Church Electoral Roll must be renewed. This means that everyone who wants to be on the Electoral Roll has to fill in a form, whether you have been on the roll before, or not. Those on the Electoral Roll are entitled to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, and to elect the members of the Parochial Church Council. Please note that this is to do with church elections, not civic ones.
Anyone is entitled to apply to be on the Electoral Roll who is over 16, baptised, a member of the Church of England, or a member of a church in communion with the Church of England, and lives in the parish (or does not live in the parish but has attended church in the parish for at least 6 months).
The form to be used is in the this file (click to open) for you to print, fill in and return. A paper form is required with a signature in ink.
The deadline for returning this form and being included on the Electoral Roll is 1st April 2013, but please do complete your form as soon as possible, and return it to the Church Office at St Mary’s.
